Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Nachsorge habe ich mich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Carol. Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish** After extensive research, I chose this clinic for my rhinoplasty in Turkey, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The package included hotel accommodation with breakfast, all transportation between the hotel and the clinic, and one night in the hospital, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. Everything was perfectly organized from the moment I arrived. I traveled with my partner, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well he was treated throughout the process. He did not have to pay anything extra, and while I was in the hospital, he was also provided with three meals a day. The staff made sure both of us felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times. I would especially like to thank the doctor for his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. He listened carefully to everything I wanted, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and reassured throughout the entire journey. 🇸🇦 I came from Saudi Arabia to Istanbul for my gynecomastia surgery, and honestly my experience with Vivid Clinic | Cosmetic Surgery was excellent from the beginning until now. A special thank you to Natalie for her professional communication, kindness, and continuous support through WhatsApp from the very beginning of my journey. And huge thanks as well to Barış, who welcomed me at the hospital, stayed with me, helped me in everything, guided me through the whole process, and made me feel comfortable during my stay. His attitude and care were truly appreciated. The surgery was performed by Prof. Dr. Özgür Pilancı, and honestly he was very professional, respectful, experienced, and confident in his work. You can immediately feel that he truly understands what he is doing and focuses on achieving natural and balanced results. The hospital was very modern, clean, and organized, and the hotel was also comfortable and beautiful. Everything was arranged exactly as agreed including airport pickup, transportation, hotel stay, and medical care without hidden costs or surprises. Even though I contacted them in a very short time before the surgery, they organized everything professionally and made my medical trip to Turkey very smooth and comfortable. I had my chest gynecomastia surgery successfully, and now I am in the recovery phase. Inshallah later I will also share my before and after results. I recently travelled abroad for gynecomastia surgery, and as someone travelling to a different country for the first time, I was honestly very skeptical and overwhelmed at the beginning. However, the entire experience exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable, supported, and well looked after from start to finish. Natalie, the medical consultant, was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. She communicated very well, answered all of my questions clearly, and always made me feel reassured. Kadir, the patient coordinator and translator, did a phenomenal job and genuinely made my life so much easier. He was always there to help, guide me through everything, and make sure I understood the process at every stage. Professor Ozgur Pilanci, my surgeon, did an amazing job with my gynecomastia surgery, and I genuinely love the results. His professionalism and skill gave me a lot of confidence, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. The nurses were also amazing. They were very thorough with everything, constantly checking on me and monitoring my blood pressure every 45–60 minutes throughout the night I stayed in the hospital after surgery. Their care and attention made me feel very safe and comfortable. From the accommodation and transportation to the surgery itself, everything was organised professionally and smoothly. Every member of the team played their part perfectly, and the whole experience was far less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering surgery abroad. They made what initially felt like a very daunting experience feel easy, comfortable, and well organised from beginning to end.

I had a hair transplant at Vivid Clinic and I am truly very happy with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was extremely professional and well-organized. Especially the hair transplant specialist, Kadir Ban, is highly experienced and works with great precision. Throughout the process, he planned everything in the most suitable way for me, both technically and aesthetically. The patient coordinator, Mr. Kadir, was very attentive and supportive at every stage. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel very comfortable and safe both before and after the operation. This level of care and communication was truly valuable. The DHI technique was used for my hair transplant, and thanks to this method, my recovery process was very smooth and the results look extremely natural. I was very impressed by vivid clinic and Dr. Özgür Pilancı.Nisreen at the clinic set up all the details and contract. Kadir was my patient coordinator and took me to and from all appointments and made them as well. It’s important to read every attachment that they sent to you. My husband and I did not catch the instructions for pick up at the airport. Have we done so that would’ve been perfect as well. Also, they do have two extra services that I highly recommend although they are an extra charge lymphatic massage postop, and the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.

It’s been over three months since I have had my procedures. I wanted to wait and do the review after I felt recovered. I went all out and had 360 liposuction, breast augmentation and a fat graft to do a bbl. The recovery is brutal and you will need some help if you choose to do it all together….but I’m glad I did. One and done. I’ve never felt better in my body. I was a bit scared when I woke up and had a literally huge behind but as they said I didn’t retain all of the fat…thank goodness and now I have a nice normal behind where there was once a pancake. I chose to keep relatively small breasts, I’ve always worn a padded bra but not anymore, I now where pretty ones with some support. I must admit I’m still waiting for the full drop and fluff to happen…. They aren’t hard as rocks anymore but still not fluffy and a bit sensitive still. The most difficult procedure was the liposuction….phew. After 3 months though I’m starting to feel almost normal on the outside you can’t see anything but a few little scars which I am treating but the inside is still tender…..but boy do I look great! Kadir and his team are awesome, kind, funny and extremely helpful. During the experience I felt very well cared for. Thank you. Dr. Erkan works magic. When I first met him he was a bit quiet and reserved and I wasn’t 100% comfortable. You don’t meet your Dr. until shortly before the procedure takes place which is not what I’m used to and you don’t have contact with him after you go home but I guess that’s how it’s done there and it keeps the prices down I suppose. After my procedure was done his after care at the hospital was outstanding he was gentle, kind with a perfect bedside manner…he’s even got a good sense of humor. The hotel was in a great location that’s for sure. Lots of sightseeing to do which I did of course before the procedures. The rooftop restaurant offers great views and delicious food…..I like a softer and bigger bed…my only complaint. If you decide to take this journey in life I highly recommend you use Dr. Erkan and Kadir and team. You may be in pain for a while but you will not have any regrets. This review is true and honest.

Je viens de subir mon intervention chirurgicale à la clinique et je ne pourrais pas être plus heureuse. J’ai été prise en charge dès mon arrivée, avec un transport parfaitement organisé entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel. Le jour de l’intervention, je me suis rendue à la clinique, qui est tout simplement digne de 7 étoiles. Le coordinateur des patients, Monsieur Kadir, s’est occupé de chaque détail, allant jusqu’à porter ma valise toute la matinée pendant les examens. J’ai ensuite été escortée jusqu’à ma chambre, qui était impeccable et offrait un niveau de confort comparable à celui d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le Professeur Özgür est extrêmement compétent ; il a réalisé un travail remarquable. Je suis absolument ravie du résultat, qui dépasse largement mes attentes. À la clinique, nous avons bénéficié de trois repas par jour, pour mon amie et moi, ainsi que de visites régulières des infirmières qui ont pris soin de tout avec professionnalisme et attention. Tous les transferts, les médicaments, les corsets et les massages ont été parfaitement organisés par Monsieur Kadir, qui est manifestement passionné par son métier et l’exerce avec le cœur. L’infirmière Tuğba a été d’une grande douceur et très rassurante. Une équipe médicale exceptionnelle. Si nécessaire, je reviendrai sans hésiter à l’avenir.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experiencia muy buena y acompañamiento constante Mi experiencia con Vivid Clinic ha sido muy positiva y quiero compartirla para ayudar a otras personas que estén valorando operarse fuera de su país. Desde el primer contacto, la coordinación fue clara y constante. Antes del viaje me explicaron todo el proceso, resolvieron mis dudas y estuvieron disponibles por WhatsApp en todo momento, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad cuando se trata de una cirugía importante. Al llegar a Estambul, el traslado aeropuerto–hotel fue puntual y cómodo. El hotel La Quinta cumplió perfectamente: limpio, tranquilo y con restaurante, algo fundamental durante el postoperatorio, ya que los primeros días no es recomendable salir. El día de las pruebas y la cirugía todo estuvo muy bien organizado. El Prof. Dr. Özgür demostró ser un gran profesional: cercano, claro en sus explicaciones y muy cuidadoso, transmitiendo confianza desde el primer momento. La cirugía se realizó según lo previsto y el seguimiento posterior fue constante. Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo del coordinador del procedimiento, Kadir, que estuvo pendiente de mí en todo momento, resolviendo dudas, organizando traslados, revisiones y masajes, y ayudando incluso con detalles del viaje de regreso. En un postoperatorio tan exigente, ese apoyo marca una gran diferencia. También agradecer a la enfermera Tuğba, por su trato cercano, su paciencia y su atención durante el postoperatorio, haciendo que todo fuera más llevadero en los momentos más delicados. El postoperatorio no es fácil (hay que ser realista), pero me sentí cuidada, escuchada y acompañada, tanto en el hospital como en el hotel. La comunicación ha sido fluida incluso después de la cirugía. En resumen, recomiendo Vivid Clinic por su organización, profesionalidad, trato humano y seguimiento continuo. Si estás pensando en operarte, mi consejo es informarte bien, preguntar todo lo que necesites y saber que con un equipo así no estás sola en ningún momento. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Erkan Yüce and patient coordinator Kadir Alan. They were professional, attentive and made the entire process easy to understand and feel confident about. I came from the US by myself and was honestly pretty skeptical about getting cosmetic surgery in Turkey. Those concerns disappeared as soon as I arrived. The all-inclusive package included safe transportation to and from the airport, which took away all the stress of navigating a new country. The hotel was really nice too, which made recovery much more comfortable. Prof. Dr. Özgür performed my rhinoplasty, mid-face lift, and eyebrow lift and I’m extremely pleased with how natural the results look. The hospital stay was comfortable and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. A huge thank you to my patient coordinator Kadir Alan, who made this entire experience seamless. He was incredibly helpful with everything from answering pre-surgery questions to checking in on me during recovery. His support made all the difference, especially being here alone.
